Product details
Ziva+ combines a 130 dB siren and flashing light with Bluetooth connectivity for an additional way to call for help. Pull the pin to activate the alarm. About five seconds after you pull the pin, Ziva+ alerts the Ziva Safe app on your paired phone, which can call emergency services and share your location by SMS with your emergency contacts. Without the app, it can trigger your phone’s built-in Emergency SOS instead.
Compact and USB-C rechargeable, it clips onto your bag or keys with the included gold carabiner. The audible alarm works independently of your phone.

SOS setup: We recommend the Ziva Safe app for iPhone and Android, which will be ready by the time your Ziva+ arrives. Your phone’s built-in Emergency SOS may not send your location to your emergency contacts, especially on iPhone. Calls and alerts also depend on your phone’s settings and network.
How it works
- Set up your phone. Turn on Emergency SOS in your phone's settings and add your emergency contacts.
- Pair Ziva+. Pair it with your phone over Bluetooth, following the user manual.
- Pull the pin. The alarm sounds straight away, and Ziva+ triggers your phone's Emergency SOS.
- Your phone takes over. It carries out the actions you've set up.
- Reinsert to reset. Push the pin back in to stop the alarm.
The alarm works on its own, with or without your phone.

What does Ziva+ do?
Ziva+ is the same pull-pin alarm as Ziva, plus Bluetooth. Pull the pin and the 130 dB alarm sounds straight away. When Ziva+ is paired with your iPhone or Android phone, it also triggers your phone's built-in Emergency SOS, which then does what you've set up in your phone's settings.
The Ziva Safe app isn't available yet. We'll announce it here when it is. No subscription, ever.
Do I need the Ziva Safe app?
No. The Ziva Safe app isn't available yet. Today, Ziva+ works with your phone's built-in Emergency SOS, which you set up in your phone's settings. Ziva doesn't use a phone or an app at all, and on both models pulling the pin sounds the alarm without a phone.
Does the device call emergency services or send my location?
No. Ziva+ itself doesn't call anyone, send messages or share your location. It triggers your phone's built-in Emergency SOS over Bluetooth, and your phone carries out the actions you've set up. What happens depends on your phone, its Emergency SOS settings, SIM and network.
What do I need to set up first?
Turn on Emergency SOS in your phone's settings and add your emergency contacts. Then pair Ziva+ with your phone over Bluetooth, following the user manual in the box. Our setup guide walks you through it.
What if Bluetooth is off or my phone isn't nearby?
The SOS step needs Bluetooth on and Ziva+ paired with your phone and nearby. If they aren't connected, your phone's Emergency SOS can't be triggered. The alarm still sounds when you pull the pin.
Which phones are supported?
