How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive tracking details. You can also visit our Track Order page.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives. Delivery is free and no tax is added at checkout.
What do I need to set up first?
Turn on Emergency SOS in your phone's settings and add your emergency contacts. Then pair Ziva+ with your phone over Bluetooth, following the user manual in the box. Our setup guide walks you through it.
