Ziva is a compact personal safety alarm that clips onto your bag, keys or backpack, keeping it within reach during daily commutes, campus walks and evenings out. Simply pull the pin to activate a 130 dB siren and flashing light, helping draw attention when you need it.
With USB-C charging and a separate LED light button, Ziva is easy to use and ready for everyday carry. Its alarm works independently—no phone, Bluetooth connection or app required.

What your phone does when Emergency SOS starts depends on your phone, its settings, SIM and network. Ziva+ itself doesn't call or message anyone.

How do I activate the alarm?
Pull the pin out of the device. As soon as the pin is pulled, the alarm sounds.
How do I stop the alarm?
Push the pin back into the device. This stops the alarm and resets it, ready for next time.
How loud is the alarm?
The siren is 130 dB, with a flashing light.
What battery does it use and how do I charge it?
It has a rechargeable 200 mAh silicon-carbon battery. Charge it with the included USB-C cable.
Can I test the alarm?
Yes. Test it briefly in a suitable place, hold it away from your ears, and let people nearby know first. Push the pin back in to stop it.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Ziva and Ziva+ come with a 6-month replacement warranty for device faults, counted from the day your order is delivered. If your alarm stops working properly with normal use in that time, email support@zivasafe.com or WhatsApp us on +92 335 0383786 with your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement.
